Auto-opening & shutting fan
When the switch is turned on, the blades of the fan act in a similar manner as a shutter.
On reaching a steady RPM, the blades open up at angle appropriate for extracting air from a surrounding. When the power is turned off, the blades restarted to their normal positions and serve as a panel prevent air from either coming in or going out.
